Watermelon Painted Pot

Transform a plain clay pot into a cute accessory. Fill it with flowers to brighten up any decor. 
Materials:
- Plaid FolkArt acrylic sealer
- Plaid FolkArt Hi-Shine Brilliant Glaze
- Palette.
- Large clay pot
- Plaid Apple Barrel Colors Acrylic Gloss Enamel in red, green, black and off-white
- Natural sea sponge
- 1" spongebrush
- Plaid FolkArt #3 and 6 paintbrushes
- 3/4" masking tape
Instructions
Apply Masking tape under rim of pot. Paint inside and outside of rim with green. With #6 brush, paint a line of off-white beneath green rim. While off-white is still wet, paint remainder of pot with spongebrush and red, using brush to blend red and white together. Allow to dry. Dip damp sponge into off-white and lightly apply over entire pot. Allow to dry, then lightly sponge red over off-white line. With #3 brush and black, pant small "seeds" over red section of pot. Highlight one side of seed with small stroke of off-white.
