Egg Shell Mosaic

Save those egg shells and make this fun mosaic picture. 
Materials:
- 6 clean, empty eggshells
- Heavy Ziploc freezer bag
- Newspaper
- Rolling pin
- Heavy paper or cardboard
- Glue
- Various colored Tempera or acrylic paints
- Paintbrushes
Parent Step
Place newspaper on a table that's okay to make crafts on. Kid Step
Place the eggshells in a heavy Ziploc freezer bag. Parent Step
Seal bag tightly. Kid Step
Crush the shells with a rolling pin. Get a heavy piece of paper or cardboard and make a picture on it with some glue. Sprinkle the shells onto the glue. Press them lightly to make them stick. Let the shells dry for at least fifteen minutes. When the shells ape firmly stuck to the paper paint them with your favorite colors of paint.
