Starting at the center, ch 7, join with sl st to form a ring.

Rnd 1: (Ch 4, 2 trc in ring, ch 4, sl st in ring) 6 times.

Rnd 2: Sl st in next 4 ch; ch 4, retaining last loop of each trc on hook, trc in next 2 trc and top of ch-4, yo, draw through all 4 lps on hook, ch 1--beginning cluster made, * ch 6, sl st in fifth chain from hook. Let work dangle from the loop on the hook and twirl naturally so that you can work from right to left in the loop; ch 4, in ch-5 lp work the following: trc, ch 3, sc, (ch 3, trc, ch 3, sc) twice, ch 3, trc, ch 4, and sl st; sl st in ch above cluster, sl st in top of cluster, ch 9; retaining last lp of each trc on hook, trc in top of next ch-4, next 2 trc, and top of next ch-4; yo, draw through all 5 lps on hook, ch 1 --cluster made. Repeat from * 5 more times. End ch 9, join with sl st to top of the first cluster. Fasten off.

BLOCKING: If necessary, wash the ornament in warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Wrap the snow flakes in a towel and squeeze out the excess water.

Place two or three layers of paper towels on top of a padded board.

Pin the snowflake to the board evenly. Dry the snowflake.

Dilute the glue with water into a mixture that is two-thirds glue and one-third water. Place dried and blocked snowflakes on waxed paper. Use the paint brush to saturate the snowflake with the glue mixture.

Carefully pick up the snowflake and place it on a fresh piece of waxed paper. Allow to dry.

Cut a piece of the momofilament line and tie it through the top of the snowflake to make a hanging loop.
