TYPE: Independence Day Crafts
Independence Day Sparkler

Materials:
- 3 pipe cleaners
- glue
- glitter
- scissors
Directions:
1. Cut two of the pipe cleaners into quarters.
2. Roll the eight pieces in glue and then cover them with glitter.
3. When the glue is dry, glue the glitter-covered pieces onto the third, whole pipe cleaners.
4. Let the sparkling sparkler dry and then wave it an Independence Day parade!!
