Country Toothpick Holder

This is fun clay pot project using string, buttons and beads. 
Materials:
- 1 Tara cotta pot 1 ½-inches high and 2-inches in diameter
- Cotton twist cord
- Small scrap of brown felt
- White glue
- Paintbrush
- Glue gun
- Beads, buttons or other items for decorating
 Instructions:
Cut a small circle of felt the size of the inside bottom of the pot.
Using the paintbrush, paint glue over the entire surface of the pot. Allow to dry.
Glue the piece of felt to the inside bottom of the pot.
Paint glue heavily on the outside of the pot. Staring at the bottom glue cord around and around the pot ending at the top. Cut cord and let dry.
Embellish with buttons, beads or other items.
Fill with toothpicks.
