items needed:
small helium tank - can be purchased at most party stores
white balloons
fishing line
fishing weights
white sheets or white trash bags
permanent black marker

fill the white balloons with the helium and tie with fishing line
attach fishing weights to the line to weigh down
cut sheets or trash bags to cover balloon with bottom of sheet/trash bag uneven so it appears to be flowing
with the permanent marker - design your ghost face

they look really cool (as the kids say) floating around the yard

You get white construction paper and draw a ghost.Next you cut out the ghost and with a hole puncher punch a hole on the top and put some string in the hole.You can hang it up out side or by your window to look scary!

With a adult cut a big pumpkin shape from card board,have a adult use a screw driver to make holes all along the edges,use x-mas or any color lights.push just the light in the holes.take hand paint and do bright colored hand prints all over the pumpkin.let dry hang in the window at night turn on lights & during the day look at all the cute hand prints.
