I forgot the tail! Take the other sweatpant leg and cut three strips of fabric from it. Braid the strips leaving a nice unbraided end. Pin the tail to the seat of the sweatpants.

Buy a very oversized white sweatshirt, normal sized white sweatpants, a third pair of white sweatpants to use as fabric and a large pair of black mittens. Apply iron-on webbing (WonderUnder) on black fabric and cut out black spots for the cow. Iron the spots onto the sweatpants and oversized sweatshirt, leaving space in the lower center of the sweatshirt for an udder. To make the udder, cut a large circle out of pink flannel. Sew a running stitch around the edge of the circle. Place batting in the middle of the circle and gather the fabric around it. When it's nice and round, sew the circle by hand onto the lower center of the sweatshirt. When it's in place, pinch up three teats on each side of the udder and wrap thread around the base of the teat to hold it in place. With the extra sweatpants, cut off one entire leg. Cut off the cuff. The the cut leg over your head and pull it down enough that you'll be able to tuck the bottom of the leg/cap into the sweatshirt. Use chalk to mark your face opening and mark where the top of your head comes. Slip it off, cut out the opening for your face and finish the edges if you want. Cut off the top of the leg about 12 inches above the mark for the top of your head. Gather the fabric at the top of the cap into two ears. Hold the ears together with white rubber bands or sew them in place. The fabric between the ears will almost automatically close itself together but you can sew it if you wish. Add a few black spots to the cap if desired. Turn the mittens inside out and sew down and back up the middle of the mitt, from tip to the length of your middle finger. Cut between the two lines of stitching. You've just made a cloven hoof. Turn the mitten right-side out, tuck the thumb into the mitten. You're a cow!

Get a pop up laundry hamper in the color of green can buy at walmarts. Cut arm holes on the side and one for the head on the bottom to make sure hamper fits body.

Take white sheet or material and draw th 7up symbol from a can (enlarge to fit across hamper) for both sides. Sew symbol on hamper

On bottom of hamper where head is take silver duct tape and tape whole area and alittle on the sides and also the edge of the opening that goes over the body.

For the pop tab take a wire coat hanger and shape to fit head and tape with duct tape.
