I have been giving this great family gift for 5 years now. I go to my local video rental store and purchase a gift card for $20 and then purchased a box of microwave popcorn. I then make some type of homemade fudge and then put all of these gifts together in a christmas package and give to several families on my list. This covers the entire family and it goes over so well. However, I am looking for new ideas on giving family presents. Let me know if you have sny ideas for me? Merry Christmas.

I also recycle ornaments that are scratched by pouring bleach into ball with small bits of tissue to clean out old paint etc. I then measure the diameter and go on the computer to print pictures (we did the bakers dozen with the grandchildren) and cut the circles just a hair smaller then the ball on overhead plastic. Then when dry, roll up the plastic, put in the ball and the picture will pop back to its full circle again. Use tweezers if you need to arrange the picture upright. then put confetti or small designs inside ball and replace the top.

Supplies:
Clear ball ornaments
White paint
Black paint or marker
Orange paint or marker
Decorative Paper Shred
Coat your child's hand with the white paint, set a ball ornament in the palm of their hand and have them gently wrap their fingers up and onto the ball. When the paint dries, dot on eyes, nose and mouth for the snowman created by the three sections of the handprint. Gently stuff the inside of the ornament with the Paper Shred. I also paint the name, age and year on the back of the ornament, as these make great gifts for teachers, friends and family.
Enjoy!!

Things you will need...
Paper Bag
Brown Paper
Red Paper
Black Paper
Hot Glue Gun
Oatmeal
Loose Glitter
Stapler
HOW TO MAKE IT
TAKE THE BROWN PAPER AND TRACE TWO HAND PRINTS ON IT
GLUE HANDS ON THE FLAP PART OF THE BAG AS ANTLERS
CUT OUT A CIRCLE FOR THE RED NOSE AND GLUE IT ON
CUT OUT TWO BLACK CIRCLE EYES AND GLUE ON
OPEN BAG AND STICK GLITTER AND OATMEAL INSIDE
STAPLE SHUT
THEN KEEP IT CLOSED UNTIL CHRISTMAS EVE THEN SPRINKLE IN YOUR YARD FOR THE REINDEER TO FEED ON BECAUSE THE REINDEER WILL SEE THE SPARKLES IN THE SNOW THEN WILL GO ON THE GROUND AND FIND TO OATS AND MAYBE IN THE MORNING YOU WILL SEE REINDEER FOOT PRINTS!
