Need pattern please

I seen this at a business in Texas a year or so ago, but for the life of me I cannot find a pattern for it anywhere. If someone could help me out, it would be much appreciated.

The picture's grainy. Is it a large basket made out of 2 X 4's? It looks like it would be hung against a wall for a backing?
Is that right?

It sets directly on the floor, yard, etc. and yes it was made of 2x4's. I fell in love with it when I seen it and had the business been open, I would have asked them for more information on it.
