Forget to take your medication???

Are you like me....often times forget to take your medication in the morning???
Well.....add a multi-vitamin to the mix.
If you aren't sure if you took it or not...go to the restroom.
If your urine is golden yellow...... chances are you took your morning meds.

I use a pill box with the days of the week on it. One side is AM, the other side is PM. I fill it at the beginning of the week. If I forget if I took them or not, I just have to look to see if they are gone.

Thanks for the idea of the vitamin pill...because I always forget to take that one too...

I only take Vit. E 200 and folic acid for vitamins but put them in with my regular meds in the daily container. I even give my husband aspirin and folic acid.

When I was on the pill, I always forgot to take it. Then the idea of keeping it with my deodorant hit me. That way I never forgot to take it!
