| something I would highly recommend that you take the time to do in the next two weeks is to get a book / journal / piece of paper even. Most importantly! Write down WHY you want to loose weight! All the reasons! And when you feel weak, or feel like reaching for a candy bar - take this out and read it.
Also - you can do a pro and con chart if you like - pros of loosing the weight over cons - while I won't say that I want to loose weight to prevent a heart attack, it will lower my risk of one
Now - I plan to keep a food / exercise journal and I will put my reasons and pro / con chart in the front of the journal.
If you plan to keep a journal - now is a great time to get one - you have two weeks!
It is also a great time to get some healthy foods in the house and maybe find a recipe or two to try out.
What you DON'T wnat to do in the next two weeks is binge!! You are just going to have that much more weight to loose if you do! |
