| My doc just put me on a diet 1500calories a day. I can not have Fish of seafood. Can any one tell me what would be a good sub for those for loosing weight. Also where I could find some great recipes.
I have been 110 all my adult life, after having kids and hitting to 40 mark I have not been able to lose the weight.
Any help would be GREAT! Thanks for your time. |
