Lutein

I just found out about Lutein - a little slow here maybe?



It was pool night - 9-ball, and I bought a bottle of VitaminWater called Focus, I was thinking of mental focus, not vision. I seemed to be able to make more shots - like I saw everything better. So far, I have had a bottle of this Focus water before every match. I have won 4 in a row now.



Lutein helps to keep your eyes healthy so I purchased a bottle of it and have been taking it regularly. It is my understanding that it takes 1-3 weeks for it to work in pill form. The water form goes to work quickly.



My mom has AMD and her doctor told her to take Lutein.
