Self Breast Exams

When my Mother was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 1998 I never dreamed that any type of cancer would touch my life.

As soon as she received her diagnosis it was like the whole family did too!

I never really did a monthly self breast exam~Yea I felt while I was in the shower or drying off but I was missing alot!

Did you know that the chances of breast cancer effecting you are 1 in 9?? There is a huge chance that either you, your mother, sister, grand~mother, aunt or best friend will be effected by breast cancer. And those are just the women~Men are also able to get this one too!



Pick 1 day a month and mark it on your calender! It don't take but a few minutes~and it could save your life! If you don't want to do it for yourself~do it for your family.
