| Did you know that if you take 10,000 steps a day you will have walked 5 miles???
An average person might walk on average 1000 to 3000 steps a day! By increasing you daily steps you are buring extra calories!
Wearing a pedometer will get you a good idea of the number of steps that you take daily.
Over the next couple of weeks I will be posting helpful hints on this thread as to how to increase your steps and maybe we can take a journey to better health together!!
If you are interested pick up a pedometer~you can get them at Walmart, Target (stores like that) or a sporting good store for around $5 ~you don't need one will all of the bells and whistles just a plain jane one will work.
