Hi,
I have problems with wanting to snack all the time, and I am very bad about eating regular meals.
One thing I have found that helps me when I am really craving a snack, is I use a mixture of ground flx seed, and steel cut oats mixed with water.
This is good for a fiber intake, and it really helps to curb my appetite.
The flavor is nutty and crunchy.
I mix it to just past a paste and into a drinkable fluid.
I know it may sound rather gross, but you should try it sometime.
the oat and flax are good for your cholesterol, and the fiber is fantastic.
It really does NOT taste bad.. I promise.
And it does help curb the appetite without drugs.

Bright Blessings,
