| hello everyone, i have been a member of this community forever but have never posted. 5 weeks ago i realized that i use food as others would use smoking,etc: so as a person that never wanted to be addicted to anything, i started kicking my food addiction. i started out at 251.5 this week i weigh 241. i would like to be part of this forum if i may.some info about me. my name is wanda and i live in the south. i am 60 and been married to the same guy 44 yrs. nov.19th.we have 4 grown children , 8 grandchildren, and 4 great grand children. if its alright i would like to report my weigh each week and maybe share some hints and tips with everyone, thanks,, wanda |
