| Thank you. I started working out in the gym the end of March. I have been spending almost 2 hours a day "Pumping Iron" and using either the bike or treadmill. I do a protein shake for breakfast when I get home and then boy am I full. I have, for the most part, given up York Peppermint Patties, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Ben & Jerry's, cookies, chips - all the good stuff! Since March, I have lost 23 lbs and 29 inches - the rest of the weight came off before I started working out, just trying to cut back on the "good stuff". However, now I have more muscle and life's little physical things are so much easier. |
