I have lost a little over 20lbs but it has taken a year!! It has been so slow. I have been doing alot of walking and watching what I eat. No ice cream or french fries.
That is the best way to lose weight. If you lose too fast, it seems to come back quite quickly. You have probably changed your lifestyle and it continues to work.
Keep on working your program. I am told that if you lose slowly you are less apt to put it back on again - ugh. Once is bad enough. We have all been there - done that. Come on - you CAN do it!
