I have been weight lifting to tone and firm. I took to drinking a Whey protein shake. I use a banana, 1 scoop of slim fast, 1 scoop of the whey, 8 oz of milk, 8 oz of crushed ice and a drop of vanilla flavoring because it really doesn't taste all that great, blend it all up and sip away. I am so full after I drink it. Should do it twice a day. Then I eat a reasonable dinner and stopped all the cookies, chips, ice cream, etc.
