My goal is to lose thirty pounds by July. We have a possible wedding coming up and I refuse to go to it looking like I do.
I am 39 and have struggled with my weight since a child. I am weighing in at 183lbs right now and wearing a size 14 for most of my pants. I have to buy size 1X or higher for my tops as I am a E cup in my bra size I can get away with a DD when I can.
My goal is to get down to around 150 lbs and to have a size 12 pants. I hope to lose some off the top as well.
So as of Monday I will start dieting again and do my works outs on the Wii and my bike and ski machine downstairs, as well as start walking with my girls who also need to lose some weight. I hope doing this weight thing together with them will help us all out.
Look at it this way! You said that your girls could loose weight too! What a great habit to pass to your family! Exercise and eating better! Our children are more likely to copy what they see! Let's set a good example for them! HEY! what ever happened to that Wii challange you had going with them? maybe it's time to start it up again!
Well I am off to a great start I hope. I have lost about 5 pounds. That shopping trip sure helped all the walking. Made sure I got lots of veggies and fruit. Work today waitressing, then home to do my Wii work out and then hopefully a nice little walk.
Dinner tonight- 3oz chicken breast broiled and salad with lots of greens and stuff
Just have to remember to eat my other meals and I should be good, not like yesterday I skipped lunch as we were shopping and by 3 I had the worse headache-ended up having one of those tiny MacDonalds cheese burgers Opps but there wasn't really anything else to get.
Well yesterday didn't go as planned of course. I love my job but the dang food gets me every time. I am a sucker for soups especially cream soup. Well when I work I am the tester and what soup was made but country mushroom. So rich and creamy it should be illegal to make it. I didn't get my work out done as I was a busy little beaver when I go home trying to tidy and make supper.
So today
Get my work out done this morning
Go for a walk later this afternoon if it isn't too slippery I am so worried about falling
Supper is pork tenderloin with potatoes for the rest and salad for me
Remember to take my ginseng
And drink much more water which I haven't been doing.
Lost another pound but gained 1/2 lb back. It has been a crazy couple of days and my eating is off so that will be it. Hopefully by the end of the week I will be back eating right. I will be a lot more active working more hours so that should help. Mopping floors is amazing exercise my poor tummy muscles are just screaming lol.
So now I am needing to lose 31 pounds to get to that 150 mark. Going to see what I look like at 160 because if I remember correctly(many moons ago)I didn't look healthy at 150 or less. We shall see
The last week my weight has been up and down again. But I did manage to lose two more pounds. Just hope I can keep them off, but now I am sick with this sore throat thingy and have lost my voice. Don't feel much like eating at all or doing anything for that matter. Hopefully I won't be down for long with this thing and back to normal really soon.
