| While for some, seeing a nutritionist is surely very useful, I think that if you are not morbidly obese or really overweight, you can figure a lot of the stuff out yourself. I saw a nutritionist for a while and while she did help me, there is nothing or very little that she told me that I didn't already KNOW, but was just too lazy or unmotivated to put into practice, and what I didn't know already was stuff I could have found online or in quite cheap books. I think seeing a dietician only really pays off if you have some serious problems losing weight and find that you really can't do it on your own. |
