4 days to go...how is everyone doing?
I am going to have to buckle down if I plan to get this 3 lb back off by Saturday!
Too bad I hadnt stuck with the cabbage diet, I could have really lost a lot by now.

I haven't been on the scale in a couple of days, but I doubt that I have lost more than 2 pound (if that!)
