Gggrrrrrrrr Weighed in this am...have gained back 4 lbs I lost the first week & gained back 1/2 inch on my waist!
Back to the cabbage diet & only fruits & veggies. I think I will stay on it for a few weeks, then try the eating sensibly again.
I cant believe I gained it back that fast! & I have been watching my portions & what i eat. Not sure what happened here, but going to find out!! LOL It really is kind of depressing!

OOO SORRY KAREN:( BUT DON'T fret over it and don't deprive yourself just with a cabbage diet Ive done that Diet and its great but if anything its just veggies so thats good TOO....try and eat heathy foods in between the bowl of soup and ive been trying to eat bigger meals (not that big) in the day early and lighter meal for evening time and I feel better to sleep too.... so if your eating dinner with family try soup and 1oz meat along with a fruit and see if that gets you back on track if your fixing big meals like speg etc ..just have a little of the meat sauce put out for you and no noodles ?? I know its harder when you have a familywell I hope that helps and not a bunch of rattling on anymore sorry

Well, I been sick for the past week, so have eaten very little, I am feeling a bit better today, but I think hubby may be getting it now! Uggh
I didnt manage to get back on the cabbage soup diet, but like I said, I have eaten next to nothing this week, so I anticipate a gain when I do start eating right again
I managed to lose to 180 now, thats 8.5 lbs total loss since I started, so I will take it!! LOL

Having fruit is better than a piece of pie, but, we still have to limit the amt. because of all of the sugar in them. That's why we like fruit so much. Sweetness!!!!

OK...I did my shopping & I got lots of fruits & veggies.
Now if I can just get back on track here & start eating right again, I can get back down there where i was a few weeks ago! I really hope I do it right this time.
I need to increase my exercising, but my knees hurt so bad doing that stupic exer-bike, I just wanna cry sometimes! Oh how I wish my treadmill was fixed!!!
Anyway, I found a fantastic desert this week if anyone is interested...I just threw a bunch of fruits together (strawberries, blueberries, black berries, oranges, banana & grapes) then added about 1/2 cup low fat cool whip to the top & it was sooooo good. Even the hubby liked it! LOL
Also found a lowfat fruit dip, but it is addicting so watch out (1pkg fat free cream cheese & one small container marshmallow cream) mix cream cheese till creamy & then add the mallo cream & mix well. Fridge for 1 hour. you can also add strawberries to the dip if you want, but i didnt.
Alright, I guess I am off here now, see you all in about 3-4 hours. I will weigh in the morning & come back & post it.
glad to hear that u are back on track Kpooh! We have also been kinda off track around here... while I haven't gained, I also haven't lost! I am trying to get back to the bike and the healthy eating!
