Question for you though. Why would you take away the evening snack? In my opinion, you would be better to take away a fruit at dinner or lunch - that way your body isn't going for as long without food (and you won't hit as much of a low in your blood sugar)

Well, here it is Monday. It has been 1 week since I began my journey. I in this morning and I am the same as I was on Friday. Even though I stayed the same over the weekend, I am happy. I lost 5.5 pounds in 1 week!! That for me is AWESOME!! It has been a struggle this week but I have behaved myself and am now rewarded with this wonderful loss! I am giving myself a huge pat on the back and . Hope you are all doing well, hang in there!!!
GREAT JOB AndreaKeep going you can do it! .....I think its great not to worry and all of a sudden weight starts to come off..... stay busy is the real trick I think and not exspecting to much from ourselfs
I am very happy, I am down another pound! That is just too cool! It is going slow but this is good, the important thing is it is going down. I am hangin in there!
there are statistics that say that if you take the weight off slowly (ie 1-2 pounds a week) you are more likely to keep the weight off!) so keep at it! you are doing great!

I hope you are able to reach your goals. It has been 7 years ago that I started on my weight loss journey. I have lost 50lbs. It has been an up and down struggle with no support on the journey.
