I look at Wynona Judd and think....she don't look different. Did she gain weight & lose it already? I was just wondering if anyone has tried it. I think I might read up on it some more. It might have the same side effects as those "fat free" chips.
You Gals are just to funny I say forget quick anything You will just gain it back cause your depriving your body of good nutrition its portion control and moving that butt Sweat Sweat Yea we hate it BUTT the Butt Will gooooooo
I purchased the Alli starter pack....I read all the papers that came with it as it told me to do.....I was a bit concerned with what it called "treatment effects"....I started taking the pills with each meal as I was told to, I limited my fats because it said it would worsen the "treatment effects"....I went 3 days & then I found out what the "treatment effects" were...I was passing ALL the fats in my body...It was red, oily, yucky discharge that was not only embarassing but also stomach turning.... I tried to continue the program for about 2 weeks, I managed to lose 1.5 lbs & numerous clothes....I stopped taking the Alli. It just wasnt worth it to me.
Looks like I missed a lot in here (SORRY!) I saw the conversation about Alli and nutrisystems... and all the others for that matter! Unless you plan on taking those pills / buying those meals for the rest of your life, it is not a lifestyle change! It is not teaching you what to do and what to eat to keep the weight off!! So I would recommend keeping your money in your pocket!
There is no magic pill that is going to do this FOR you! it is up to YOU!
(I would like to make an exception for the weight watchers groups, as they seem to teach you how to eat)
I did get the Alli book yesterday at Dollar Tree. It has interesting weekday menus for 1,200 calorie 20 grams of fat, 1,500 calories 25 grams of fat, & 1,800 calories 30 grams of fat, recipe substitutes, restaurant charts, recipes. It was worth a buck to me.
Have never saw the book, but will keep my eye out for it. If you do the program & follow the recipes, let us know if it works or if you still have the 'treatent effects'
Hi! Well I have started the "secret" method. I've been listening to it a lot on my IPod and have noticed that when I go to grab some junk food what I have been listening to jumps around in my head. So I think it's starting to work.
I have also signed up for a healthy living weight management class. It starts next Wednesday. The dietitian at our work is putting it all together and will go over our diets with us individually. She will also help us figure out a exercise plan that will help maximize our weight loss. The best part is we have a weekly meeting so that will help me stay on track. Those other programs I signed up for didn't have any kind of meetings except the very first one and pretty much everyone that signed up for it didn't follow through.
