Okay, this week I tried to stay low fat or smaller portions. Monday ~ Breakfast-pretzels, Lunch-small salad with grilled chicken,Dinner-Tuna salad,Snack-slice of choc cheesecake (sorry, but very small). Tuesday ~ Breakfast-pretzels,Lunch-Chicken salad,Dinner-Baked Potato, Snack-Pumpkin Pie slice. Wednesday ~ Breakfast-?? forgot what I had,Lunch-small Wendy's chili, Dinner-2 chicken wings,Snack-Pumpkin Pie, Thursday ~ Breakfast-Pretzels,Lunch-small salad with grilled chicken, Dinner-2 chicken wings,Snack-Pumpkin Pie. Friday~ Breakfast ~ 2 snack size reese's cups,Lunch-1/2 of steak wrap,Dinner-planning on having tuna salad. Water is the only thing I normally drink all day, so I should be getting in the right about of water. Hopefully, I get to gym tomorrow for Zumba class. Hard to get to gym sometimes without having a babysitter.

Seriously, you are not eating enough of the right foods, try some foods with extra fiber (like apples) & see if that helps you feel more satisfied than the sweets. (I know they are sooo tempting tho) Are you eating enough at all?
Hang in there... you can do it!! I admire the courage of anyone doing the calorie counting thing, I have tried that so many time and I just cant seem to get it. Looks like your eating to much sugar. Being a chocoholic myself I can relate. It is so hard to give up my hershey bars, lol. Have you tried looking online for a good exchange diet?
I've been off the last 4 days, so I forgot to keep track of the meals. So far this week, I've had: Monday: Breakfast - biscuit with can't believe it's not butter, Lunch - SmartOne meal, Dinner - small steak and baked potato, Snack-small cup of vanilla ice cream. Tuesday: Breakfast - small bowl of frosted flakes, Lunch - SmartOne meal, Dinner - small steak and bake potato, Snack - small bowl of strawberries with low fat whipped cream. Wednesday: Breakfast - Blueberry small muffin, Lunch-small salad with grilled chicken, 100 calorie cheez-it pack, Dinner-planning on having a SmartOne meal,Snack-apple and a few grapes.
I worked at gym yesterday for an hour doing zumbia. I'm still working better mini meals and trying to cut out the sugar.
