Well Iam not losing anymore and its 95% my fault ....NO GAIN:)....Ive not tried very hard but I have been working more eating to late to much when I do eat (mostley good for you food) BUT treadmill is not running for meif Iam not on it BUT this Heelspur is sooo painful and its hard to walk in sandles ect...... well I to have to do this its getting nice out Iam not getting any younger and 2 weddings facing me end of May soooooo here I goooooo LETS DO THIS GALS WE NEED EACH OTHER ~~~~ ~~~God willing Iam on a new path pain ,sandles no more late meals and lots of water Iam going to take it slow for 1 week stating NOW!!! treadmill 1hour aday even if its 15min at a time 1HR everyday rain snow sleet high water Along with my 30 min with good OLD Richard Simmons for the toning I am only laughing cause its his OLD vhs tape and get a band they work better than weights and easier to work thoes arms and legs SOOOOOOO lets give a pat on the back for all whos still willing keep a post and LETS GOOOOO if u need to chat iam here at csweetptat3@yahoo.com I check mail often and just put CC on heading and lets try and be here for one another I know when your younger it comes off easier but as we get older we have aches~ pains~ stiffness that slow us down annot as much sometimes to keep are matoblism going SOOOOO SWEAT SWEAT Slow But SWEAT!!!!!!!! YES; Iam a little blue ...But; Iam never giving up !!! Iam tring to keep busier and pains, are not good ...but; its not only getting older its letting my weight and health get me downand that makes me mad at ME!!! I no sometimes its hard with all the stress in lifes everyday chores and juggling families too ....Well Iam going to keep plugging no matter and with weather getting warmer for me(sorry Prayers for all)It is going to be hard to navigate this body ....I sit to much and have my exscues ITS GOING TO STOP! X! I will check in to fill everyone in from time to time and hope some out there will join in TOO.. we all live in different timezones but if you have something you want to ask or say do it so we can answer and incourage one another PLEASE! I have not even worked on my crafts and thats something I need to do that I enjoy :) I need a routine FAST God Bless All an lets here from you out there (just a note.....
The best thing for normal aches and pains is exercise. Every morning and we would feel much better. My BIL has bad arthritis. He works with weights etc. each day. He also plays golf just about every day.
Working outside a little the last couple of days has really helped me. I feel much better, (more alert, ambitious,etc.).
Let's clean off those treadmills and get them moving. There is only one way to do this eat less and exercise more. Sooooo- MOVE IT!

Hello eveyone Well ive been working on my losing and iam down 8 lb Iam not being able to do treadmill cause my heel spur is not very good... But I have cut out sugars and breads along with small meals trying to eat more protin and vegs along with fruit at each meal so for a month of no sweat Ill take it at this time But ....Iam not done YET!!! so i see know ones been on where is everyone DON'T GIVE UP!!! Please 1 0r 2 pounds is great as long as its going ~going ~goneYEA!
good luck sweetpea. I think you are on the right track . I have joined the weight loss challenge too and so far have just weighed in at 135. I am only 5 ft. 1/2 in. and have back problems (disc) . I hate exercising but can handle walking but never seem to find the time. I would love to get to 115 - 120 to feel better
Yes Iam 5/2 and back problems (disc:( also along with heel spur to much weight and getting older :( so If I could get to 135 ill take it but slow is good and each pound is taken LolTKU Good luck to yas
