HELLO GALS... And thank you for stopping by and leaving me in..couragment notes...... I've hated not being able to be more active on my Journal along with CC too....... But; afew things are out of my way like another 2pounds THATS THE BEST!!!!!...... and I have NOT! (been able to get the exercise)... that I truly need do to ~~~~my heel is doing a little better BUT I have a bad back that has put me on it the pass 4days and iam at work... in pain sitting... with heat, and ice, along with pillows But only have 1 more day well I have not been doing well to move around; But been drinking more water and doing small portions.........along with eggwhites ,tuna ,veggies , yogurt ....fruit apples bannans alittle peanut butter... and salads, and doing baked yam instead of white potatoes......SOooooo till I can start up getting my body on treadmill; I will maybe try alittle weight resistance from my sitting position But was very surprised that another 2 pounds have came off its not much.... But I will welcome it under my disable ing problems I sure don't know what got my back going..... But around newyears I did have a almost falling spell.... at bottom of my 18steps I go up and down everydaymanytimes aday......I thought I was at bottom and it was my husbands shoes and had a hot pot of soupnoodles plus twisted my right knee and hip so iam thinking it has something to do with that day cause my hip and leg and knee has been in pain too oooooo Iam a mess well Iam having a chicken salad and fruit for dinner tonite and my pain pills and lots of water to wash it down Hope to get in a better routine really soon AND IAM HANG IN HERE AS U CAN SEE :0....LOL
Don't say that 2#'s is not much. Every ounce is something. At least you are going in the right direction. Start with baby steps. The more you lose the better you will feel
Thank you Shirley I am taking it slow My darn back is really acting up I can hardley walk sit stand An the laying is getting old ice heat rubsIam Gettttttting really I want to get on treadmill But I just dont know even taking shower is hard for me Iam taking motrin 800mg but it just takes edge off? Iam just tring to control food portions and eating healthy right now .... But thank you everyoneIAM GOING TO DO THIS!!!!!
Just do what you can & that is all you can do. Maybe try just some basic range of motion exercises to keep things limbered up. You will be amazed how much they do help. They are awful the first few days though. Will keep you in my thoughts & prayers, hope you are better soon.
Thank you Karen ...Iam tring ~~~It starts my day thinking I can do something then it hurts so bad I cannot even think straight But Ill push myself today cause to many things are piling up and DH Bless there hearts they think they help BUT its a bigger mess But yes Iam going to work out on ball today and try and stretch this body well Well 1/2 cup oats for breakfast and some apple and a cup of black coffee its a start maybe a little yogurt mid morning ill be back again today sitting don't help my back right now And yesterday I did to much of that

HELLOOOOoOOO......Iam back from being down with my Back and Heel problems Iam feeling better not 100% yet but;~~~~ Now .... hope The ...in the road is fixed .. so; I can get with it.... Iam getting on treadmill Not more then 30min or less cause I don't want to get heel hurting Ill take it slow but steady...... And that I can keep going and by February 1 /09 I can have another 5lbs or more offso thats my goal at this time and eating healthy ,portion control and water GOD BLESS US ALL
