Good to see two more here jumping into the program.
I've done my floor exercises and a little weight lifting right now just for the "bye,bye flabby" you all know what I'm talking about LOL I'll try to use weights a little more later but for now that is it.
I talked with my manager of the little salon Saturday over at a restuarant

(she wanted to avoid going home) We are going to start walking around our little strip mall every Sat. night after we get off work INSTEAD of going somewhere to EAT and chat we're going to walk and chat. (that's progress)
I also got over my dread of the tread! I am walking at least 30mins daily starting last Sat.
Oh also the manager and I are going to bring lunch to work..taking turns making a low cal lunch like say when we are working together next Friday she is bringing Tuna Salad I am bringing wheat bread and she likes pickled okra so do I so I am bringing that and some fruit. We both like yougart so we are putting that in the fridge too...for a pick me up instead of a energy draining cookie from the deli!
My goal is to lose at least 10 hopefully more by March 1st when we leave for our trip to the Philippines.
So we decided to set both of our goals for this time period then resume after my return.
My thought was...I get a reward of going to a tropical island..what was her's???????
She only wants me to bring her something "FUN" from the Phil's. That's do-able!
I'm looking for a before photo...mine wont be as good as sweetpeez....but well...I'm me and she is she.....
