Weighing In |

| I'm weighing in, but I am not doing well. I now weigh 192.5. I look at some of my friends who are overweight and they seem to accept it, and I wonder, should I just accept it. However, when I first decided to lose weight it was because I weighed 195 and I was having dizzy spells. I lost weight to about 190 and the dizzy spells subsided. I lost to 188, but then I gained and they came back. So I must lose weight. I have a long term goal to lose to 150, but at this point if I could lose 10 and keep them off I would be happy. Well tomorrow is a new day and a new week, so I will try again. God bless you all. Wanda |
