| Well I didn't gain but didn't lose still the same. Hopefully this coming week there will be a chance. Still trying to figure out what foods I can have and the ones that I just have to stay away from. Hopefully I will figure this out soon dang it.

|  hello and good morning, ladies, I am trying to keep on track, will start tomorrow on Dr. Atkinsīs 14 day induction plan and with that will hopefully lose at least 10 pounds plus I do the Leslie Sansone walk at home three miles whenever possible if not do the one mile workout.  Just got to keep at it, at least one pound at a time

| Well a little is something! I lost 2 pounds this month. I did see a loss of inches. I started measuring last month when I plateaued. About 1/2 an inch in all the waist and thighs. I can fit into a size 16 but it's still a little snug.
That's down from a 2X in January.
For those of you struggling with plateaus like me, try the ideas at prevention.com. They are sensible and doable.

| Well couple weeks ago i was maintaining 188, last week i went up to 191, but this week i'm back to 188.5. i will be starting a new job now and wont have to look at my kitchen and try to stay away from food all the time. I will be drinking more water. I am still walking a few times a week, and trying to walk more. Keep up the good work ladies (and gents?). We need to slow down on eating, take time and enjoy the food. | I forgot to do my weigh in on Friday. Things have been crazy around here with the back to school stuff and work. I did managed to lose 1 1/2lbs whoo hoo. Now to just keep it up.

| I finally remembered to weigh myself this morning. DD bought a new scale. I found out the old one was not correct. So, I found out that instead of 179, I am a plump 184.5. That sure took the wind out of my sail. I will have to work harder. Now, I have a scale working against me also.
