| How is everyone doing so far this week??? I am down so far and staying so far. I hit below the 180 mark so I is happy happy happy. Now just to stay under that. This new bland diet isn't so bad. I am learning to create different meals and they are some what tasty. Even the family say they look good but haven't tried anything I have made yet. Last night was boiled veggies-small red potatoes, carrots and steam mushroom, chicken breast and I add a can of cream of celery soap. Very nice and filling. Turned into more like a stew then soup, then I put a small amount of grated light cheddar cheese on top. I really enjoyed it surprising. I had this while everyone else was wolfing down pizza from our favorite pizza place. I just inhaled the fumes of it dang I wanted a piece so badly, talk about will power. I did enjoy a nice cold glass of soda last night. It was 7-up which I made flat it was really good as well. So far knock on wood no attack last night.
Now to plan today's menu-Must keep the meals as light as possible
Check in later. Chins up my ladies and keep on smiling
Smiles n hugs

| Well I weighed in at 188. I seem to have been stuck there for a long time. I have tried a lot of different things. I ate smaller portions, cut out the salt, cut out soda but drank more juice. Guess what some juices are more fattening than soda. Ok was also walking on my treadmill every day. Wasn't losing. They say I was gaining muscle so I was losing but it wasn't showing. Good grief charlie brown, I don't want no muscles. I'm no popeye. Anyway, then I decided to try another diet, it is called the biblical diet. There are several of them. I couldn't afford the one that eats all the stuff Daniel ate. But this one I did lose on. I could eat anything I wanted. I have a big problem giving up two main things chocolate and potato chips. Although the chocolate just has to be there, I don't eat it. Anyway, since I lost my job, everything has gone out the window. I've been stuck again at 188. I have not been on the treadmill, however, I have walked a mile almost everyday, and I walk to the post office (about 3 blocks one way) everyday. I drink lots of water. And another thing, I can't stand having my false teeth in at night, so once they come out it limits what I can put in my mouth. Keep up all your good work. -- Wanda | | | | | Junior Member Level up: 5%, 45 Points needed |

| Sorry I forgot to add --- keep a journal. It really helps. You don't have to share it with anyone, but then again, it keeps you accountable. You may not think you eat much until you have to write it all down. -- Wanda | | | | | Senior Member Level up: 19%, 73 Points needed |

I have been crazy busy every day from 6:30 every morning to about 10 pm and haven't bothered to stop to eat properly. Instead it is a case of just grabbbing whatever is handy to shut up the stomach rumblings so I can get on with what needs doing. The grandson arrives tomorrow and he is a type 1 diabetic so, hopefully, my eating habits will improve over the next week! | | | | | Moderator Level up: 34%, 322 Points needed |

| Good Morning
Well not so great. I have gained about two pounds back since Monday. Yesterday was a super bad day. I was hungry all day long. Must be feeling better lol. I just have to get back on the wagon. Hopefully next week I can start working out again this will help I am sure. It has just been a insane week with my tummy problem. I still haven't had coffee-so proud of that. I have had soda but it has been flatter then flat. Have to drink more water. Just gotta to get that through my thick skull. lol
Have a great day
Smiles n hugs

| I gained one pound. This weekend will be really bad. Company coming and we will be on the go a lot.
I have to keep my mind on this whole thing. I am beginning to feel like I am not truly committed. For that I should be committed.
Summer is almost gone and then we start hibernating again. It's time to get a move on. | | | | | Moderator Level up: 34%, 322 Points needed |
