| I ate 2 biscuts for breakfast.
1 piece of bread for lunch.
Taters with onions & catsup.
Sounds like you need to put the scale into the bathroom where it belongs & not in your daughters room.
Well, I gained a half a pound, weighing 149 lbs.
I usually weigh myself after the 1st dump in the morning,
before eating breakfast. | | | | | Moderator Level up: 37%, 163 Points needed |

| Sounds like everyone is on the right track I have to lose some weight too, (for health reasons) but as you may have noticed it's cheaper and easier to eat the "bad foods" and the "healthier foods" costs almost double. Why would food that has lower sugar, lower fat, etc. most than the foods that are loaded with these things. No wonder our kids are now having issues with their weight too.
These days you have to take extra time to really read what's in your food and this can get misleading as "sugar free" isn't in fact sugar free and that goes with 'fat free" and the others.
Research what foods will actually help burn off those unwanted pounds. Become as educated as you can...
Good luck everyone! | | | | | Moderator Level up: 11%, 71 Points needed |

| Yep, Thanks: I'm glad you are taking me up on that suggestion.
It looks like I'm back up to 152.5 lbs.
I suppose I should of weighed myself earlier, when I woke up: it would be more accurate that way.
I'm eating prunes & drinking prune juice, for a week.
It sure is changing my elimination schedule.
Then I'm going to our churches camp & will be working there.
So, I will be off of my diet during that time.
I will be dieting heavily after that: L.O.L. | | | | | Moderator Level up: 37%, 163 Points needed |

| Well, I'm back to 152 & lost a 1/2 a lb.
I need to @ least loose 50lbs.
Although, my husband says he'd be glad if I loose 20-30lbs.
He doesn't think I need to loose 50 lbs.
I'll have to stop telling him how much
I weigh once I hit his goal for me.
Then wear baggie clothes for a month & not allow him to see my body, as I take off the rest of the pounds.
Well.......It is time for my walk.

| Good Morning Everyone
Well looks like I have gained a little nothing major less then a pound this week. So now it is to work off that little and hopefully an extra pound by Friday. I am starting to weigh myself on Wednesday and Fridays for some strange reason. I don't like weighing myself everyday I find that I get very discouraged lol.
Tonight is chicken we had our red meat dinner last night so it is white meat the rest of the week. I so have to groceries done this week. I am out of fruit and veggies are running really low.
Well best I go and get something done around here. Maybe a work out. My legs are still very sore from being on my feet and running all weekend at work and this nasty weather isn't helping either. Dang rain.
Have a good day
Smiles n hugs

| I finally remembered to take the scale out of DD's room. Guess what? It said 180lbs. I lost 5lbs.. I need a reward!!!! Oh well, I bought $150.00 worth of scrapbooking and card making supplies.
DH will have a coronary.
I can now see my whole foot! For a while there I thought I only had part of one - like, the toes. I can also wear my rings again. | | | | | Moderator Level up: 32%, 160 Points needed |

| Good Morning Everyone
It is weigh in day. How did everyone's week go?
I am down 2.2 pounds whoo hoo. I guess that is pretty good considering I hurt myself and haven't been able to do anything for the last 24 hours. I am not even allowed to lift a laundry basket. This sucks but I am feeling much better today.
Hope everyone had a great week. I will be back later to check in.
Smiles n hugs
