I'm glad you had a good time and are ready to go now.

I weigh myself in the morning, after I've been up a little while. I always wear nada when getting on the scale. It usually doesn't help. I can't blame the gain on the clothes.

Well, it's time get outside and sweat off some pounds.

I've heard it is ideal to weigh yourself shortly after waking up, before you have had anything to eat in the mornings.

Well, I'm 152.5 so I've gained a 1/2 a pound.

I'm in a few weight loss groups, so hopefully: this helps me.

I try to walk daily with my husband in the early AM before it gets to hot out here in Arizona: we walk for about @ least an hour of more daily.

YES :) LEAH ~I LOVE CHICKEN TOO ! AND I ALSO COOK ON TOP OF STOVE WITH A LITTLE ONIONS, GARLIC, MUSHROOMS AND WINE AND IT GIVES IT A GREAT TASTE OVER SALAD:) AND HOW DID YOU GET YOUR TICKER TO SHOW ON HERE MIND WON"T ANYMORE ????? IVE TRIED A DOZ TIMES IT DRIVES ME CRAZY IT DELETS MY OTHER STUFF AND STILL DON'T SHOW??????

Also when weighing in do you have clothes on if so what is the weight of the clothing. Light clothing such as shorts and t-shirt is about 2 lbs-jogging pants and sweat shirt is about 5 pounds. So remember to deduct that from the totally weight or weigh in buck naked or wear what you wore the first time weighing in and that will give you the more correct weight on the scale. I wear the same clothing every time I weight myself. Just a cool pair of cotton shorts and t-shirt.

We are now at midweek. Let the prayers begin. I need all of the help I can get. I sure hope I lost something, and I don't mean my mind, although sometimes I wonder.

Well another day closer to weigh in. Something is telling me it isn't going to be good for me. lol

Had a hard time eating yesterday. So hot and humid I am out of whack so it seems. I just snacked mostly no meals really. They were some what good snacks all but the corn chips, I only had ten and held myself back from getting more. I found a new spinich dip I really like ahhhh why do they make these things taste so dang good. I did only take about a table spoon instead of eating the entire package lol.

Today is another day so hopefully it will go better still really hot here so it is hard to say and I have to work at the store today and that is just bad. There sits the candies eyeing me up, chocolate bars talk to me I swear, the chips laugh at me and the ice cream just squeals "pick me Pick Me" Hopefully I can control myself for those 5 hours lol

Ok of to do something before work, hopefully it will cool down at some point so I can get back to my work outs. Just tooooo dang hot to do it right now.

We can do it.

Hot weather can change a lot of things in our lives. Most of the time I don't feel like eating, or as a matter of fact, do anything. The humidity is a real killer here.

Good Morning Everyone

Well I kind of figured it I gained a pound. Dang this weather you think with sweating I would be shedding the pounds. lol Oh well. Next week is another week. I know it isn't an excuse but this week was a mixed up one and my hands broke out which I had to use my dang cream(steriods yuck) I swear that stuff has something in it which makes me want junk food.
I worked at the store yesterday so my meals were way off. Eat super late last night which didn't help. I was still snacking at 10:30 last night aghhhhhh
Ok enough back to the routine. Must get this weight off lol.

I'm sick for while it lasts:
taking herbal medicine to kick it in the skirt.

HELLO ALL! WELL;HOPE YOU ALL ARE DOING GOOD... HEALTH WISE~ AS ALONG WITH LOSING AND TAKING IT SLOW IS GOOD I HAVE NOT LOST ANOTHER POUND BUT HOLDING ......BUT DID LOSE A INCH SO I GUESS THATS A PLUS MAYBE WELL IAM AT WORK JUST GOT HERE HAVE TO GET READY TO OPEN SO ILL CHECK BACK LATER WHEN I GET A CHANCE TODAY TO CHECK ON EVERYONE ALL ALSO ALL HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND AND GOOD LUCK FOR ALL OF US

I haven't been able to weigh in today. The scale is in my daughters room, and she is sleeping,since she worked midnights last night. Company will be coming shortly. I will do it tomorrow.
