| Well, I wish I could say I lost but I don't think I did. My scale is haunted this morning and gave me 3 different readings 3 times in a row, so I am going with the highest which is the same as last week. (One reading said I had lost about 8 lbs!!!). I have been having a salad every day all week & been extremely busy but I don't think I lost much/any because of the late night eating. I have been so busy with the business and inventory that I haven't stopped all week to eat much. The result is that, at the end of the day when I finally slow down, I am STARVING! Not a good recipe for weight loss. Will have to try to pay more attention to the time of day next week. | | | | | Super Moderator Level up: 39%, 181 Points needed |

| the thing to try to do to combat that situation is to have EASY healthy food ready to go. So even if you don't eat it through the day, it is the easiest thing to grab from the fridge when those evening munchies hit | | | | | Senior Member Level up: 14%, 76 Points needed |

Unfortunately, I live with 2 junk food junkies and I am easily led astray I went out yesterday and got a bunch of fruit and fresh veggies. Made a big bowl of salad and keep that in the fridge for eating during the day & have my fruit for when that sweet tooth hits! Also dragged hubby out of a 1.5 mile walk and will try to keep that up throughout the week. Just not enough hours in the day! Anyway, no excuses allowed. Good luck, Ladies, have a great week! | | | | | Moderator Level up: 11%, 71 Points needed |

| I believe as of yesterday that I had lost about 4 pounds & well today this morning, I hit the scale & well, I have gained at least a half a pound.
I'm 5'3/4" & weighing in @ 152.
I'm coming here daily, so I can track my weight & well: hopefully lose some weight: like about @ least 50 lbs worth.
This isn't going to be easy, but I hope to do this. My husband claims that I only need to loose about 30 lbs: L.O.L. | |

| Please do not set your goals too high. Take it month by month. You may lose 20 lbs. and like the way you look. I know with my ideal weight I look anorexic.

| Hello everyone
I am finally back and settled so nose to the grind stone. Well considering the food we eat this weekend and a few drinky poos I have lost one pound. lol Now that we are home it is back to routine to continue losing my weight. I have started eating more white meat. I love chicken and can eat it everyday of the week so this weekend I stocked up on all kinds of prepackaged meat from my BIL store. I have chicken breast and cut up chicken breast which helps with quick meals
I take about four or five pieces of the cut breast, cook in a frying pan with a little spray, lay it on top of a plate of fresh veggies. It is so good and sure beats eating plan old salad all the time. As well I love stir fry with a little bit of white rice(about 1/2 cup)
Interesting fact I found out. Your body weight can fluctuate an average of 2 pounds a day. That can be just because of water and other things especially if straying from routine.
Also when weighing in do you have clothes on if so what is the weight of the clothing. Light clothing such as shorts and t-shirt is about 2 lbs-jogging pants and sweat shirt is about 5 pounds. So remember to deduct that from the totally weight or weigh in buck naked or wear what you wore the first time weighing in and that will give you the more correct weight on the scale. I wear the same clothing every time I weight myself. Just a cool pair of cotton shorts and t-shirt.
Have a great day everyone.
Smiles n hugs
