| Hello,
How has everyone been doing? I have been a pretty good girl. I was weeding and wearing my sweats. Boy did I sweat. Hope it did some good.
We are having steak and baked potatoes for dinner. For me - 1/2 potato, salad, and 2oz. of meat, a tall drink of water.
Four hrs. sleep last night, so, I think it is nap time!
Keep on thinking THIN! | | | | | Moderator Level up: 33%, 347 Points needed |

| Good Afternoon
Well the day is going ok so far.
Been cleaning the house
Had a small turkey and cheese sub for lunch
For supper is roast beef, potatoes and carrots for the veggie. I am going to weigh or measure out my portions. 3 oz of beef, 1 small potato and about a cup of carrots, a little gravy on my tater
I am just going to do my tummy crunches and leg lifts.
I would love to go for a walk but right now we aren't to go out alone here in our small village so I am going to do my stairs for 10 mins. (One of my oldest friends was almost abducted last Friday night. My oldest and the girl were walking from work and after she and my daughter split up she was approached by a cube van and the couple tried to get her in the van, she screamed and neighbors came to her rescue and the van fled. So we have been warned to travel in groups walking and what not. Pretty scary for our little burp in the road) Sorry about that little blurb.
So now I am off to do my work out.
Check in tomorrow again
Smiles n hugs-no pain no gain-feel the burn

| That's horrible, Leah!
It's pretty bad when you can't even go for a walk in your own town without worrying about what will happen to you! I hope they catch the offenders quickly so life can get back to being more peaceful for you.
Today has been a lazy day for me after a week of intense exercise every day. Other than a few short walks with the dog, making raspberry jelly, and cooking meals my day has been pretty quiet. Think I will try to drag hubby out for a walk later. | | | | | Moderator Level up: 38%, 35 Points needed |

| Homemade raspberry jelly!!! I am so envious. I love raspberry anything!
Remember, only put the jelly on half of the slice of toast (less calories) lol | | | | | Super Moderator Level up: 40%, 335 Points needed |

| I plan to get on the exercise bike soon, but so far I have chopped some firewood and mucked out a chicken coop (only got half done) - this has got to be good for SOME calories! LOL!
I had a portion of fish and salad for dinner - my big splurge was strawberries and 1/2 cup of icecream for dessert | | | | | Moderator Level up: 38%, 35 Points needed |

| It is just my opinion, but, I would say the strawberries & ice cream are ok. You deserve a treat after a meal like you had. | | | | | Super Moderator Level up: 40%, 335 Points needed |

| I do treat myself to dessert after dinner - I just am very careful with my portion. If I don't, then I just don't feel satisfied after dinner. Before hubby, I would only have dessert at a resturaunt... that's one bad habit he got me into! | | | | | Moderator Level up: 38%, 35 Points needed |

| Good morning Girls,
Is everyone hungry? I am! That is a good sign that you are losing weight. I never liked it until I figured out out the positive side of it. So, let's stay hungry. | | | | | Senior Member Level up: 20%, 162 Points needed |

| Really? I never knew that!! Woke up this morning hungry & wasn't impressed since I had previously decided to wait for breakfast until my company was up. Going to have some of that raspberry jelly on pancakes, Shirley! Eat your heart out! ...but I will stay away from the bacon. | | | | |
