| Good Morning
Well I have managed to stay the same. That is a good think I hope. I am still working on the weight contest and hopefully sometime this week I will have it all figured out so we can start soon. I kind of fell off the wagon this week had some ice cream and fresh homemade blueberry sauce last night and a drum stick the night before. This is not good lol. Hopefully after the weekend I will be back on track and it will be easier once the girls are back to school as well.
Smiles n hugs

| Hi... I know Im new here but I just want to give you a bit of advise.. I am a US ARMY Soldier and doing Recruiting duty for the next 2.5 years. I have a problem with my weight and I love to eat. What I do is I place the scale in front of my refrigerator and every time Im hungry and see the scale in fron of the fridge y turn around and don't even open the fridge... sound stupid but it works for me... keep working hard and don't quit.....

| My hubby and I went to Metabolic Center on Friday and enrolled for 6 months, we've done this eight years ago and I lost 25 pounds and Hubby lost 50. I know it works but it is a little expensive but I figure we're worth it, plus we'll be so much healthier. It's a high protein diet. Anyway Tuesday is our weigh in day.

| Way to go. I sure hope this week when I weigh in I am down some. My hours at work have increased so hopefully I will lose some. We get so busy I sometimes have to eat my lunch standing up I hope that burns calories lol. You would think I would lose some waitressing and I also walk to work and back home. Something has to give sooner or later lol.
Smiles and hugs

| Well just for the heck of it I know weigh in isn't till tomorrow but I thought just check the old scale and I am down 2 lbs so far this week. Whoo hoo. I guess the extra hours at work isn't so bad after all it is fatten my change pocket instead of me lol. Now just to keep it up lol. I find I eat better at work then I do at home. It could be the fact that I have to eat when at work and at home I forget and it just throws everything off whack. I think I will start back up on the Wii this weekend. It has been a while since I have been working out(since I got sick in July)but now I am so much better and it will help with those days I am at home to keep it off and to keep active when home.
See you all tomorrow for weigh in.
Smiles n hugs

| good luck on the weigh in everyone! I will be back with you in a couple of weeks! While I haven't taken any more off, I also have not been gaining!
I want to let everyone know that I am excited with how this thread has been working, but I felt that it was getting too long. So I have taken about 100 posts out of the middle of the thread. I didn't want you to have to start the thread again, so this seemed like the best solution. | | | | |
