I'm not in the weight loss challenge, but I thought I'd share this with you all.
I bought a pair of those Fit Flops and thought I'd tell you what they did for me!
I"M SOOOOOOOOO SORE!!!!!!!!! I don't know how they do it, but the backs of my thighs and my bum are sore! And I haven't wore them much as they suggested when just starting to wear them. I wore them to get the mail, take Poohy outside, just around the house and 2 days later, OUCH!
So I'd say they're worth it!

Ok, I have to ask....................

what the heck are fit flops???

Ok, I did an internet search.............. VERY INTERESTING!!!

I think I'm gonna have to do some hands on (or should I say... feet on) research. The "where can I buy them" tab shows that I can get them farily locally (80 miles either direction) so next time I'm in either the Tri-Cities or Portland I'll be looking for them!

I saw those at Bath & Body Works! I was going to get a pair, now I'll have to go back and *try* not to get any more lotion or bodywash that is 75% off.

Just remember if you don't want to walk too funny, don't wear them alot at first! Today's the first day I haven't been sore, I haven't had them on yet though so don't know if I'll get sore if I wear them again!

You know, I heard about these a long time ago, but then just recently I started seeing the ads for them at Victoria Secret, but that is not a place I ever go. Guess I am going to haveto check out and see if I can get them elsewhere.

I wasn't sure about them, but after hearing first hand reports, I am more likely to try them, espically since I am at work alot and don't get to exercise as much as I need to.
