Default Hello! Anybody losing weight?

I have signed in on the roll call thread. It seems there is not much activity here. I need help and would appreciate any I can get.
Come on ladies let's get going again! I'm sure everyone has more to lose.
I would really like to be able to take my sweats off and wear some decent clothes.
Let's move it!! Anyone wishing to participate again just answer the thread. I am going to set a certain time each day to come online and do some posting.

HELLO....... YES IAM WILLING TO KEEP ON THIS.... I NEED A BUDDY :) SOMEONE TO CUMINCATE WITH ONCE IN AWHILE ITS HARD WHEN WE CANNOT BE FACE TO FACE EVERYDAY .....BUT WE NEED TO KEEP TRYING OUR BEST I LEFT MY MESSAGE & e-MAIL ...ON RollCall TOO! IVE been tring for months to keep intouch but no...one answers me ....... PLEASE we need an angel WE ALL LIVE ON THE OTHERSIDE OF TIME ZONES BUT IAM UP AL..NIGHT AND I STILL CANNOT CONNECT..:(

Count me in! Since quiting work to devote full time to my web business I have this HUGE thing following me around all the time! Found out the other day it is my butt!! Too much time sitting & not enough activity. Is there a time frame on this weight loss?

Count me in. I have 23 days to lose 10 pounds. Not sure how or where to start lol. I did start walking again more but the dang rain won't stop long enough for me to get out. As of next week I am down to working only one day a week for the rest of the summer and I know what that means all ready. Leah sits Leah eats. lol

Okay ladies, this is it!!! Today will be the first day of our new lifestyle. The changes will start today!
I need to get some things done around here right now, but, later on I will go over some of the other threads and check them out.
I am planning on physically writing down a plan for myself. If it can actually be seen I may be more apt to follow it.
I will be back later with more about the plan.
Let's put our thinking caps on and figure this out. Together we can do anything!!!

HELLO GALS......LOL LOL I HAVE A BUTT FOLLOWING ME TOO! ......AND ITS GOT ALOT TO DO WITH MORE SITTING THEN ANYTHING CAUSE IAM WORKING A FEW DAYS AWEEK BUTTTTT BEHIND (no pun intent ) ...A DESK AND I DON'T HAVE FAR TO WALK TO GO HOME........ AS I LIVE ABOVE MY JOB AND ......I HAVE 16 STEPS TO GO UP AND DOWN ALONG WITH PASSING my ... TREADMILL GOING AND COMING.... FROM JOB AND MY WASHROOM IS ALL.....SO DOWN STAIRS????? I NEED A GOOD KICK PLEASE))))))!....AND I ALL.....SO HAVE A ...AREA TO WALK OUTSIDE WITH A IRON GATE AROUND IT..... Hello everyone,
I have not been able to make out my plan yet. I have been real busy lately. There is a lot going on around here.
Hows about we have a weigh in Friday morning? We could also tell what our weight loss plan is. I do know I need to cut out sweets, Pepsi (luv it), and I need to drink tons of water. I already have the lemons to put in it.
I do have a treadmill, which I will have to clean off and see if it still works.

It is midnight now and I need to get my ironing done. I will be back this morning with hopefully the beginning of a plan.

That sounds like a wonderful plan weigh ins on Friday mornings. I can do that.

I don't have much of a plan yet either nor do I have a scale(on the shopping list). I am going to do my measurements tomorrow morning to keep track of inches lost.

I have cut down on my soda intake but think I am going to cut it right out all together and stick with water
I found that yogurt is good lol never like the stuff but now can't get enough of it.
Going to eat my six small meals a day weather I like it or not
Start walking more often and see if I can do a little more of a work out such as stomach crunches, etc. Maybe three times a week

That is about all I have at the moment. I really need to start eating right I think that is my biggest problem.

Sorry again! We are about to move furniture around and make 3 bedrooms out of 2. The family room will be our bedroom. Our GD's need their own room. I will be back after everyone has gone to bed & I can relax. See you in a few. I promise!
