| I have signed in on the roll call thread. It seems there is not much activity here. I need help and would appreciate any I can get.
Come on ladies let's get going again! I'm sure everyone has more to lose.
I would really like to be able to take my sweats off and wear some decent clothes.

| Count me in. I have 23 days to lose 10 pounds. Not sure how or where to start lol. I did start walking again more but the dang rain won't stop long enough for me to get out. As of next week I am down to working only one day a week for the rest of the summer and I know what that means all ready. Leah sits Leah eats. lol

| Okay ladies, this is it!!! Today will be the first day of our new lifestyle. The changes will start today! 
I need to get some things done around here right now, but, later on I will go over some of the other threads and check them out.
I am planning on physically writing down a plan for myself. If it can actually be seen I may be more apt to follow it.
I will be back later with more about the plan.

| Hello everyone, I have not been able to make out my plan yet. I have been real busy lately. There is a lot going on around here. Hows about we have a weigh in Friday morning? We could also tell what our weight loss plan is. I do know I need to cut out sweets, Pepsi (luv it), and I need to drink tons of water. I already have the lemons to put in it. I do have a treadmill, which I will have to clean off and see if it still works. It is midnight now and I need to get my ironing done. | That sounds like a wonderful plan weigh ins on Friday mornings. I can do that.
I don't have much of a plan yet either nor do I have a scale(on the shopping list). I am going to do my measurements tomorrow morning to keep track of inches lost.
I have cut down on my soda intake but think I am going to cut it right out all together and stick with water
I found that yogurt is good lol never like the stuff but now can't get enough of it.
Going to eat my six small meals a day weather I like it or not
Start walking more often and see if I can do a little more of a work out such as stomach crunches, etc. Maybe three times a week
That is about all I have at the moment. I really need to start eating right I think that is my biggest problem.
