Forget the big numbers. Let's see who can lose 5 pounds (just 2.3 kilos). Then post how you did it.

Better choices at the drive thru?
Less dinner?
More fruit?
No latte?
10 minutes of exercise a day?

Be creative. Anyone can join in. Let's see how creative you can be...

I will join...

I really wish it were as simple as no takeout (I don't think once a month is affecting my weight too much)
I NEED to add exercise.... however yesterday when I tried to skip rope, I could feel the muscle that I tore last year starting to tighten and pull, and my sholder is STILL in pain (so I haven't been doing my free weights)
I really do want to give this a try though

I did it!!! I lost 5 pounds! From when we started the weight loss challenge I ended up GAINING 6 pounds and I am almost back to my starting weight. :D I am now shooting for another 5 pounds. :) (I started at 190 ended up at 196 back down to 191)
