While you're waiting for the thaw (by the way, I didn't know Michigan thawed out

)
Make some food changes.
How's your water intake? Get that up to 64 ounces a day. Don't just start drinking that much today or you'll spend tonight in the bathroom. Increase a little at a time so your body gets used to it.
Be aware of the fast food monster.
Eat breakfast
Change those three things and by the time you add exercise you'll see the change your looking for.
Don't wait until you have 100 lbs to lose to make the changes.
