OOOHHH, Taco Bell is a hard one. Good job!

I'll put one in for you. That's a real hard one. Do they have a handy site too?
That sourcream can get you. Often times it's not the food, it's the toppings.
I have a card that shows what portions should look like. I'm trying to scan it, or find it on line, to share.
March is National Nutrition Month (I don't know about Canada, but here in the States everything needs a day/month of it's own) Being as I work in a hospital kitchen there's going to be lots of cool stuff coming out.
Every Monday the dietician is doing a cooking demo. This week she did a kale salad. It was good, but too salty for me.
On an up note. I had TWO people this week notice I'm losing weight! The first one didn't actually say "are you losing weight?", just you look good, you look good. It's touchy, I know. The second came right out and asked. It's very exciting when people notice the change.
