| Leanna,
Take one step at a time. You've had a pretty rough month. Don't try to do it all at once. Make one change a week. Start with the water. Work up to the amount you need to be drinking.
You want to do this while your kids are little so you can really enjoy activities with them!

| Hi, I don't belong to your weight challenge, not because I don't need to be, but because I am such a lousy "loser" (yo-yo weight loss for years) and don't want to fail in front of others once again, sigh. I had to comment on this because it is soooooo familiar to me. All I can say is hang in there, dont give up, one day at a time. If you screw up today, start over tomorrow. All of those dumb cliche's you hear alll the time. I am trying to get back in gear but it is so damn hard, plus,,,,, I have not had a cigarette since 2/14 when I ended up in the hospital with chest pains. My kids, grandkids and my new husband mean the world to me . I want to be around to bug and pester them all for a long long time. When you feel like giving up, remember, someone else feels that way too, maybe we can help each other. Take care and good luck. God I want a smoke and some chocolate!!! I guess I will have some grapes instead. | | | Dear God,
I didn't think orange went with purple until I saw the sunset you made on Tuesday night. That was really cool.

| Leana! What I find helps me is to have my water "pre messured" - that usually means that I have 4 500 ml bottles of water in the fridge and I know that's my 2 L for the day. I also hae a 2 L bottle, but I find that a bit cumbersome (and not friendly when I go out soewhere)
You can do it! It' a great step to being healthier! | | | | | Moderator Level up: 31%, 186 Points needed |

| I use to be a pepsi addict. Then I had to make myself start drinking water and now that's all I drink. It was hard at first, but then it got easier and easier. Start with iced cold water.
