| Hey Ladies,
Just for you information,I have been going to a new Dr. for my Fibromyalgia, he has been doing a great job helping me out. A hint he gave me for weight loss help, is a vitman called L-carnitine it helps your metabolism work better! I have been using it for Three weeks along with my Diet, I have lost 16 lbs in 3 weeks. I have more energy and feel great. You can get it on any vitamim shelf. Just an idea to help.
Your fellow Crafter
Theresa

| I Lost Weight Online With Weight Watchers. My Daughter And I Did It Together. I Had Great Success. The Thing I Wanted To Share Is When You Get To A Point When You Hit A Plateau And Stop Losing The Weight, Go Off The Diet For One Day Or A Weekend And Then Go Back On. The Weight Begins To Come Off Again. As A Note Don't Go Crazy When You Go Off The Diet And Pig Out But You Can Eat Some Sweets Etc. It Always Worked For Me. I Went Off My Diet For A Weekend And Started Again On Monday And Lost 4 Pounds. In One Week. The Norm Was 1 To 2 Pounds A Week But Everytime I Did This I Lost 3 Or 4 Pounds A Week. My Daughter Said It Worked For Her Too. | | | | | Senior Member Level up: 40%, 367 Points needed |

| Before Trying L-carnitine, Do Some Research On It. People With Certain Health Problems Such As Thyroid Disease Should Not Take This Pill. Always Ask Your Dr. First. | | | | | Senior Member Level up: 15%, 76 Points needed |

| I will confess that I avoid new drugs / vitamins etc.
What happens when you stop taking the vitamin? Does your body continue to burn fat the same way as it did BEFORE you took the vitamin? or does your body become less efficient on it's own? Do they know what the long term effects are 20 or more years from now?
Just my thoughts! | | | | |
