Slide, I thought of that but figured since everyone had been weighing in on Tuesdays this would be the day to do it. I'll check again on Thursday and let you know if anythings changed.;)
Karen, munch away but on carrots, celery, pretzels, or even graham crackers.
My best moment was two weeks ago when I was completely overwhelmed with my house, husband, and kids. I wanted to scream, cry, and shove chocolate in my mouth...but I didn't. I walked up to my room and took a break. Time out for mom. It was an amazing feeling. Plus it kinda freaked everyone out for me to just throw up my hands and walk away.
My biggest help is here and my journal.
I didn't add any exercise until the 1st of February when I took the 100K challenge. Most of that loss is from changing our eating habits. We're staying away from fast food. When I do go out I figure out what I can have before we go. Did you know that the major chains have all the nutritional info on line? So when we went to Dairy Queen last month I already had three choices picked out that kept me in my calorie count. It's a nice feeling to be in control.

| Sorry I haven't been posting lately. Some really bad stuff is happening on this end. Anyway......started at 168 and now am at 160. I just started wearing a pedometer and found out that on a regular day I walk over 3 miles!! I plan to start exercising on Monday.

Sorry things have been going badly. I hope they are improving.
Congratulations on the 8 pounds! How's your husband doing? You did check the scale before you weighed in? You are keeping that bag of flour handy, right?  I thought of that when I weighed in, but I double checked it at the gym.:)

| My husband is doing wonderful!! 15 pounds so far for him. He has more will power than I do though!! It has made him very crabby though. That's what is going so badly.
How many people do you know that keep a 10 lb bag of flour in their bathroom??? Don't think I'll use it for baking though!!
