| I weighed in yesterday, but it's under "the next weigh in is March 15th" So here it is:
Started 260; last month 247: this month 240.
Less food is not alway better. I was having trouble getting to 1200 calories, much less the 1400/1600 recommended. Guess what. Too few calories will slow down your metabilism too!
Better is better. whole grain crackers with real cheese instead of potatoe chips. Fruit instead of cookies.
Slide's right. Better choices.
Way to go everyone. Stalled is not quitting. Keep up the effort! |
