| ohhh.....I haven't been brave enough to try the eliptical yet! :eek:

I have 7.2 k left to go on the exercise bike to make my 100! WooHoo! thank goodness there is 29 days in February! LOL!

| I am still stuck at 24.71 miles. I could have had a lot more but my first pedomoter came up missing then when I got the "cool" one with the light the boys dicovered it and I haven't seen that one since either! I still have tonight and tomorrow to add to my February goal though! :D

7 miles on the treadmill
5 on the eliptical

You were thinking about dropping a couple of dress sizes before the summer is what YOU were thinking! Good for you! walking is great exercise!
Now, let me mention that it was -21 at noon here today.... not walking temps for ME! LOL!

| Oh trust me, if it had been a little colder or raining I would have been on the bus!
I actually asked my boss for a shirt that's 2 sizes smaller than what I was in January. It fit fine until the last button! Need to work on the hip and butt!

| Last night (at 10:00pm no less LOL) I got on the bike to finish off my challange! I did 5.1 km too finish off the challange at 100.1 km! I would NOT have gotten on that bike last night if it hadn't been for the challange!
