| well, I got annoyed with my wonderful pedometer! 3 days in a row the counter got reset! grrrr! so I haven't worn it in a week now! However I was AVERAGING about 5 k a day

| 6 miles on the bike and 1.5 miles on the treadmill. Plus 30 minutes in the sauna to recover from that! I'm trying to configure another ticker to count the treadmill miles, but it just keeps running me around in circles. Hey, can I count that running around on my ticker;).

| I tried putting two tickers up, but I'm missing something. So I'll finish the challenge on the bike, then put one up for the treadmill.
1.5 miles on the treadmill, 12 miles (ouch) on the bike, and 10 minutes in the sauna today.
