| Tried a new button on the bike today, "random". Wow was that a workout! Bought a new mp3 player so I could hear the tv at the gym. Don't you know the one day they don't have sports on, Jarassic Park (the dinosaure movie) was on. Others were watching it when I got there, so I couldn't change it. Then I couldn't figure out how to turn my radio up...oh well. I did get 7 more miles in.

| Wow~Ya'll are doing great!!! Laura you are kicking some butt!! Do any of ya'll just wear the podemeters around during the day to see how many steps you take?? I purchased a fancier one a while back but you have to "set" the length of your strides and I haven't got that one worked out. I'm just using the cheapy one. No light on it either Leanne but it is starting to get dark later so that makes it ok. | I ha e worn mine for two days. The first day I walked 1.4 miles. Then before I could write down my steps & miles for day two the pedometer disappeared and has yet to be seen again! :eek: So I go tme a fancy one. :D Flash light (you have to hold the button down) and a pulse reader!!!

| Went to level 6 on the "random" ride setting...ouch...then (because I'm crazy) I walked for 1 mile on the treadmill...
I have a call in to meet with a trainer at the gym to learn how to use the weight equipment.
Tomorrow's the big day...one month weigh in.
